FLANGE BALL VALVES/FITTINGS

SCHEDULE 80 FITTINGS
We have added a 4" x 3" reducer nipple and 45° Street Elbows (3/4" thru 2") to our line of Schedule 80 threaded polypropylene fittings.

1-1/4" ANTI-VORTEX POLYPROPYLENE BULKHEAD FITTING
This fitting is now being installed in our applicator tanks that are 110 gallons or larger. Previously, a 3/4" and 1-1/4" bulkhead fitting were installed in the sump. Currently, we are installing this new style anti-vortex fitting #63065 and our standard 1-1/4" bulkhead fitting, #60403. 1-1/4"

STAINLESS STEEL BOLTED FITTINGS
We have expanded our line of 316 stainless steel bolted fittings! A wonderful feature of these fittings is that the bolts are threaded into the back plate of the fitting so there are no welds or bolt holes that can be potential points of leakage. These fittings come standard without a gasket (with the exception of the 4") and require a single gasket that is installed on the inside of the tank. Available gaskets are cross-linked polyethylene, EPDM and Viton. (4" fitting comes standard with a cross-linked polyethylene gasket.)
